Crispy onion pancakes

These crispy onion pancakes are a delicious, savory treat with a crunchy exterior and flavorful onion-packed layers. Perfect as a snack, side dish, or appetizer!

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 3/4 cup hot water – 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup finely chopped green onion – 2 tablespoons sesame oil – 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Roll and fill – Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each into a thin circle, brush with sesame oil, and sprinkle with green onions

Shape the pancakes – Roll the dough into a log, then coil it into a spiral. Flatten into a pancake shape

Fry until crispy – Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook each pancake for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy
